Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli with Vietnamese Grilled Pork)

Bun Thit Nuong is a very simple dish.  The complexity lies in the making of pork, beef, chicken or shrimps.  Otherwise, the remaining portion is extremely easy to put together.  Enjoy!

Hi - didn't mean to not update for so long! Weekends have been busy lately with working around our house, (redoing our guest  bathroom, installing kitchen backsplash and bamboo flooring next week)  so I haven't put in the time.  Hope you had a wonderful Easter! Pin It

I have never heard of Bun Thit Nuong before, but it looks delicious Mai! And I love the bowls with the bright yellow stripe - very unique and so cheery... I hope the kitchen and bathroom re-dos are go well and can't wait to see the final result!
