Ingredients
1 cup of fresh raspberries or frozen
4 bottles of corona (12oz) beer, chilled
1 container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed or pink lemonade
1/2 cup good quality vodka
Garnish: lemon slices, or raspberries.
adapted from Southern Living
Method
In a large container stir together the first 4 ingredients. Serve over ice.
Garnish with raspberries.
To make ahead, stir together lemonade concentrate and vodka in a large container. Stir in raspberries and beer just before serving. Garnish, if desired.

This was a huge hit with my husband. I served it in mason jars with fresh raspberries in each. Such a pretty and refreshing drink. Can't wait to make it again :) Pin It

Will be trying this one!!!! Yum. Thanks for sharing.
What a cute drink! You take great photos all the time Mai! I love the feeling I get when I come to your blog. Very comforting. :-)
Mai, this sounds (and of course looks) amazing! I don't even like beer (at all) but I want a jar (or glass) of this! Fantastic and inspired as usual :)
My boyfriend made "raspberry beer" at a party using raspberry flavored Smirnoff.... but he threw up later that night. But that was probably his 10th drink, so I don't think it was that concoction. I tried it and it was actually good! I bet this tastes even better, and doesn't make you sick! I really want to surprise him with this ;)
vodka.. raspberry .. corona !! that's like my kinda drink. And oh so pretty ... gorgeous light.. gorgeous :)
I just discovered your blog and I love it! Beautiful photographs :)
Mai, I know I've already left one comment expressing my love for this cocktail, but I had to feature this post in today's Friday Food Fetish roundup. Just thought you should know and of course let me know if you have any objections
LOVE that drink! my boyfriend's family makes them with pink lemonade and they call it a "pink panty pull down"... kind of ridiculous ;) but DELISH!
Mollie
Thank you so much for all the sweet comments everyone!
@ Mollie- Funny, I just made it with pink lemonade last night and it turned out great too!
Wow, beautiful photo! I don't usually drink beer, but it sounds like it would be subtle in this.

I am SO making this drink!
What a pretty, pretty drink :) LOVE it!
I made a very similar variation of this with Crystal Lite Raspberry Lemonade and without the beer. My version was a little too sweet for me. I think the beer will take away some of the sweetness. Thanks for the recipe...and yes your picture looks amazing!

This looks fab! How many servings?
How many do you think this will serve? I'm interested in making this for drinks at my wedding in the spring!
This looks delicious! Do you think any type of beer would be good?
I would like to make this for my wedding, April 2013. How many will this serve? and do you think raspberry Smirnoff would be good?
Can I not mix all ingredients into a bev dispenser and serve? Says to add beer before drinking? I was going to make a batch for a bridal shower.
OMG this looks absolutely delish!! This is going to be my next girls' day drink!
Did you use a certain flavor vodka or was in unflavored?
