
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen hulled strawberries
1 medium-size, ripe banana
1/2 cup of low fat greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream (optional)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 to 3 ice cubes
Yield: One 16oz or two 8oz servings
Method
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away

we just had one of these recently but of course not made by me ;) my sis in law whipped it up for the kids, so healthy and refreshing!
