How I spent my weekend

This is what hubby surprised me on Friday night coming home from work.


Instead of cooking him a romantic meal....I put together this dessert bar




Saturday night we went out for dinner

All in all I had a nice and  relaxed weekend, even thought I'm still fighting a strep throat for over a week. UGH!

Hi friends! I'm so sorry for the lack of posts the past few days! I haven't been feeling well.  Although, I have been trying to check out everyones blog as much as I can, to see how everyone is doing.  I really do hope everyone is doing better than me.!! Happy Friday and have a delightful weekend everyone.

I can't believe another year has flown by! Tomorrow night, I get to put on my favorite LBD and celebrate our  wedding anniversary with the love of my life. :)

John,  I'm so glad you came up and said hello the first time you saw me and I'm so glad you stole my heart away.  Everyday I find a reason to love you even more.  Sometimes when we're sitting next to each other, I forget where I end and you begin.  These past 4 years have been amazing and nothing has ever made me happier.  Here's to another million! J, I adore you.

On a side note, can you believe its already November and everyone can agree that winter is finally here. The one thing that make me happy about winter is gorgeous and cozy clothes that are out in the stores are the moment...especially the coats.

Coats are a real weakness of mine.  I think it has to do with growing up in the Midwest.  I end up buying a new one almost every year, and this time around my goals are to take a break from all the black and grey that dominates my closet.
