Dark Chocolate Bark with Pistachios, dried Cranberries and Sea Salt
Hey everyone, just a quick post to wish everyone a healthy and happy holidays this year!
adapted from Whole Living Magazine
8oz of 70% dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt dried cranberries Directions
Coat a small pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate into the pan and smooth with a spatula into an even layer. Sprinkle pistachios, sea salt and cranberries or any other optional toppings. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until completely set. Peel off parchment paper and break into pieces. Enjoy!
