Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins adapted from Ina Garten
OMG you guys I have just made the best blueberry muffins ever! I can't get enough of these. They have the best flavor and texture of any muffin I have ever tasted and let me tell you, being a bakeaholic, I've tasted my fair share of muffins. But something about this recent batch was amazing. They had big juicy blueberries, buttery flavor, ultra moist cake like texture even after five days later. (Seriously!) Blueberry muffins are my husband's favorite, I have to make these again for him.

OMG I would love to attend one of your parties!!! Your are an amazing cook/baker.....looks yummy...wish that I could taste them LOL.
Mai - these look wonderful. The presentation alone is awesome I can't imagine how they will taste. I also love anything with blueberries in them but unfortunately for my husband and kids they have to eat muffins from the box - betty crocker to be exact, hahahaha. One of these days I will attempt to make it from scratch using your recipe. Thanks for sharing!

I love Ina Garten! She was one of my early inspirations to get back into the kitchen after college. I'm not sure how it started, but I would end up DVRing her show and watching it every afternoon when I got home from work. I've never made her blueberry muffins, but yours look delightful - I love the little paper cups...

These look soooooo good. It's a sign that there's a problem when you want to lick a computer screen, right?? Definitely will have to try making these some time because blueberry muffins are my favorite muffins.
