Last Wednesday, I shared with you a sneak peek of a recently completed master bedroom makeover...and today, I'm going to share it with you! For the past 3 months I have been decorating, painting, bugging John to help. Shopping, more shopping and returning half of everything I buy, I am finally going to show you our bedroom, its done! And we love it! This is now my favorite room in the house and currently the only clean room in the house. ( We moved in our house 3 years ago this July).
The pictures say it all, clean, simple, relaxing and everything that we were going for. But to really appreciated what was done here, I suppose the before picture is a MUST.

After, ahhhhh... a sigh of relief!!
Placing the bed in front of a window it’s just the ideal spot for our room.

Okay now, would you love to come to my house and do the makeover? I totally need your help!!! I have no artistic talent. ZERO... My bedroom is probably the worst room without any decoration whatsoever, and we live here for about 3 years too. I really love the yellow accent in your room. Absolutely beautiful bedroom!!
I LOVE the bed in front of the window. It all just looks so peaceful. Grey's in a bedroom are really my favorite.

Hi there, Saw your makeover on Made by Girl. Looks great (and the photos are really good too). The walls in my master are painted a similar colour and I've been musing for a while over what pops of colour to introduce into the scheme. By the way, really like what you've done with the empty frames. That's an idea I might have to borrow. Claire

Curious about the bed frame... what did you attach the headboard to? It's a lot nicer than a regular metal bed frame and seems a lot more economical than buying a platform bed.

@ EDH- We bought the plain wooden platform bed from overstock three years ago. My husband use two pieces of wood and nail the headboard straight onto the bed. Hope this make sense :)

I saw this on MadeByGirl and LOVE it!!! Where did you get the letter K decor piece from?
Question! Your pictures do not look it at all but do you feel this wall color looks purple in any light in real light? Sometimes it's so hard to see the true color in photos...
The reason I ask is I purchased a sample of BM Silver Fox since I loved this room so much but I wonder if it's just me or does it seem a little purple or lavendar? Do you think so or is it just me??? :)
